• Submitting a stool sample for DNA extraction, processing, and issuing a digital version of your gut microbiome report.
• Using and interacting with gut microbiome reported information on the Website.
• Creating and using a free Mod Gut account without providing your stool sample.

By using the Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. You may not use the Services if you do not accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions can be accepted by: (a) by clicking accept or agree to the terms and conditions where this option is made available to you by Mod Gut for any Service, and/ or (b) acknowledgment of any consent document; and/or (c) continuous use of the Services. In this case, you accept and agree that Mod Gut will treat your continued use of the Services as implied acceptance of the terms and conditions from that point onward.

You acknowledge and consent to the provision of personal information, health information, lifestyle information, dietary record, and gut microbiome data from your stool sample to receive Mod gut microbiome test service. Length of time to receive test results if there is no trouble. The time period will be according to the company’s guarantee, which is 4-6 weeks after our lab receives it. However, if there is a problem due to insufficient collection of your stool samples to be interpreted, Mod Gut will not guarantee the agreed period for your results, and we will send you a new sample collection. There will be an additional cost of the sample collection kit, 699 baht.

There are other factors involved such as environmental factors and lifestyle choices, which also affect wellness traits.
• The technology used by Mod Gut, which is also used by the research community, has not been used for clinical testing. To speed the understanding and the applications of microbiome knowledge for clinical use, we may invite users to voluntarily consent to participate in microbiome Research.
